Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Nourished by Ori. We are dedicated to delivering your Collagen Powder shots to you as safely and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping practices and timelines below.

1. Domestic UK Shipping Only

At this time, Nourished by Ori only ships to addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping or cross-border delivery.

2. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification email containing your tracking information once your order has physically left our facility.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Timelines

We want to get your wellness shots to you quickly while keeping costs transparent. Shipping rates are structured as follows:

  • Orders £50 and Over: Free Standard Shipping
  • Orders Under £50: Calculated at checkout based on package weight and carrier rates.

Expected Delivery Window: From the moment you place your order, please allow up to 10 days for your package to arrive at your door (this includes our 3–5 day handling time plus transit time with the courier).

4. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email notification from us containing a tracking number and a link to monitor its journey. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's portal.

If you have not received your shipping confirmation email within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at founder@nourished-by-ori.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it immediately.

5. Delivery Issues: Wrong Addresses & Missing Packages

  • Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your delivery information at checkout. Nourished by Ori is not responsible for lost packages or delivery failures resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address details provided by the customer.
  • Missing Packages: Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by Royal Mail or our designated courier, title and risk of loss pass to the buyer. If your tracking states your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors, your local delivery office, or contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

6. Damages and Defects Upon Arrival

We take immense care in packing your Collagen Powder shots securely. However, if your package arrives damaged, punctured, leaking, or compromised in any way:

  1. Take photos immediately of the external shipping box and the damaged product inside.
  2. Email the photos along with your order number to founder@nourished-by-ori.com within 14 days of delivery.

Per our Refund & Replacement Policy, clear photographic proof of shipping damage is strictly required. Once verified, we will arrange for a free replacement order to be sent to you right away. Do not attempt to consume or return the damaged items; please discard them safely after your claim is approved.
