Refund & Replacement Policy

Because our Collagen Powder shots are ingestible wellness products, we cannot accept physical returns under any circumstances due to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

However, we want you to experience the benefits of our collagen with absolute confidence. If there is an issue with your order, we protect your purchase with our 14-Day Satisfaction & Replacement Guarantee.

1. Photographic Evidence Requirement 

To protect our business from fraudulent claims and to help us maintain strict quality control, clear photographic evidence is required for all refund or replacement requests.

To be eligible for a resolution, you must submit your request within 14 days of receiving your item by emailing founder@nourished-by-ori.com with the following information:

  • Your order number and proof of purchase.
  • A brief description of the issue.

  • Clear photos showing the exact condition of the product, packaging, or the specific defect/damage.

Please note: We are unable to process any refunds, store credits, or replacements without accompanying photographic proof.

2. Damages, Defects, and Incorrect Items

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. If your Collagen Powder shots arrive damaged (e.g., punctured sachets, leaking boxes), defective, or if you received the incorrect item, contact us right away at founder@nourished-by-ori.com.

Provide photos of the outer shipping box as well as the damaged or incorrect product inside. Once verified via your photos, we will immediately ship out a free replacement or issue a full refund. You do not need to ship the damaged items back, please safely discard them after your photos have been submitted.

3. Non-Refundable Items & Final Sales

Due to the nature of dietary supplements, we cannot issue refunds or replacements for:

  • Products that have been opened, unsealed, or partially consumed (unless a specific defect or transit damage is proven via photography).
  • Change of mind or personal taste preferences after opening the product.
  • Sale items, promotional bundles, or digital gift cards.

4. European Union & United Kingdom 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union or the United Kingdom, customers generally have a statutory 14-day right to cancel an online order. However, this legal right does not apply to perishable goods, dietary supplements, or sealed items that have been unsealed after delivery due to health protection and hygiene risks.

If your Collagen Powder shots are completely unopened, factory-sealed, and in their original outer packaging, you may contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a cancellation. Because we do not accept physical returns, we will review your photo evidence verifying the seal is intact and process your refund directly if eligible.

5. Processing Your Refund

Once your photographic evidence is reviewed and approved by our team, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please keep in mind that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the transaction to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your request, please contact us at founder@nourished-by-ori.com.
